Dear author,
Please fill in the required details to ensure that your case report contain the data needed for publication in the EJP. Please note that we prefer short and precise descriptions.
Please follow the regulations listed below:

* The report itself should contain a brief anamnesis including social and environmental background, clinical findings and imaging procedures such as CT, ECG, etc.
* Pathological findings including macroscopy, microscopy, immunohistochemistry, measurements etc.
